




Dear Grooming Customer,
We would like to first thank you for your support and patronage to our grooming department. Although we have had great success in the grooming department with many loyal customers like yourself, we unfortunately regret to inform you that we will be closing this department.
We have found that the grooming industry is difficult to staff with the consistent quality that we insist on providing. In light of that, we feel it is better to step out of this industry rather than provide a quality that is less than what we are accustomed to providing in our store. We hope to continue to see your babies in our store as you shop and enjoy our top quality customer service. If at a later date we reopen the grooming department we will most certainly notify all of our previous grooming customers of our plans.
We also would like to reassure you that our store is alive and thriving and we plan on staying in this community indefinitely. Keep an eye out for great additions we have planned for our store such as a price match guarantee, the addition of small animal supplies, and the addition of several new dog and cat food brands. We look forward to seeing you and your furry babies soon.
